Returns and Exchanges – Artists on Cards

We take great care in packing every order. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll put it right.

We only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged on arrival.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, unwanted items, or accidental damage after delivery.

Please contact us at mail@artistsoncards.com to report a faulty or damaged item

  • Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please report any faults within 7 days of delivery.

When reporting please include:

  • your order number
  • a photo of the item and any damage
  • a photo of the outer packaging (if damaged)

    If the item is confirmed as faulty/damaged, we will offer either:

    • a replacement (where available), or
    • a full refund to your original payment method

    If a return is required, we will cover reasonable return postage costs or provide a prepaid return method, depending on your location and the circumstances.

    Exchanges (faulty/damaged items only)

    We may offer a replacement for faulty/damaged items where an identical item is available. If not, we’ll provide a refund.

    Returns and Exchanges

    We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, our Returns and Exchanges policy is here to help. Artists on Cards gladly accepts returns on faulty or damaged items, and we’ll always do our best to make things right. While we don’t accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind, we’re committed to resolving any issues as smoothly and quickly as possible.

    Returns

    We accept returns for the following reasons:

    • The item arrived damaged or defective
    • You received the wrong item

    To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our Contact page or email. We will provide return instructions and next steps.

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    Exchanges

    We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

    • Your item arrived damaged or defective
    • You received the wrong item

    We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, duplicate purchases, or buyer error. In these cases, we suggest placing a new order if you wish to swap items.
