Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery Information We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving payment. Orders placed after 14:00 hours will be processed the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday’s will be despatched the following Monday. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: [1-3] working days
- European Union: [3-4] working days
- Rest of the World: [4-6] working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times and local postal delays.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Tracking information (if available) will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please check your email for updates on your shipment status.
Returns Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not offer exchanges or returns for unwanted items. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the defective or damaged item
Once we have reviewed the information, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. We may require you to return the item before issuing a refund or replacement. Return postage costs for defective items will be covered by us.
