Curlew Art Print | Coastal Bird Wall Art | AOC Editions

Description

Evocative and wonderfully peaceful, Curlews captures the distinctive character of these elegant coastal birds in their natural shoreline habitat.

Reproduced from an original mixed-media artwork by Susan Horsfield, the composition combines softly worked blues, greens and earthy neutrals with expressive drawing and beautifully observed detail. Two curlews stand amongst the grasses and shallow water, while birds in flight carry the eye towards the distant coast.

The curlews’ unmistakable long, curved bills and beautifully patterned plumage give the artwork a strong sense of place, while Susan’s loose, expressive treatment creates the feeling of movement, sea air and open landscape.

Professionally reproduced as a fine art giclée print, Curlews makes beautiful coastal wall art for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and relaxed contemporary or country interiors.

Available framed or unframed, it is an appealing piece for bird lovers, coastal homes and anyone drawn to the quieter beauty of Britain’s shoreline and wetlands.

All prints are presented on Hahnemühle German Etching Giclée paper. Frames are solid wood from sustainable sources, manufactured to high standards.
